Developed by our own Chris Keith Sensei our exciting BoJuitsu program is designed to help you master the art of Asian long staff fighting. Chris Sensei's study includes long staff fighting from various cultures including Japan, China and Okinawa. He borrowed from these cultures and blended his own unique American perspective to bring us Northern Chi BoJuitsu!

Presented by our resident Nunchaku expert Gary Newdick Sensei. Gary Sensei's study includes Japanese and American Freestyle Nunchaku. You will practice with padded weapons that allow for light-touch sparring.

This special class is taught by our own resident Cane Master, Jim Bouchard. Jim Sensei earned his Master's title in 2001 under Grand Master Mark Shuey. This exciting class focuses on self-defense, forms and exercise with the cane.

FCW is full tilt sparring with ActionFlex padded weapons. These are not toys! This is all-out combat made possible by this incredible safety equipment.
